For his leadership and valor, Corporal Imrie was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross, the Purple Heart, the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Presidential Unit Citation and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal.
Notes

Corporal Imrie was a member of Company F, 2nd Battalion, 38th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action while fighting the enemy during the Battle of Kunu-ri, North Korea on November 27, 1950. His remains were recovered in November, 2000 and identified June 5, 2007. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
