Private First Class Letinich was a member of Company B, 1st Battalion, 9th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Division. He was badly burned when his bunker caught fire and was evacuated to the 8063rd Mobile Army Surgical Hospital where he died on February 24, 1952. |
