Sergeant Drummond was a veteran of World War II. In Korea, he was a member of Company K, 3rd Battalion, 21st Infantry Regiment, 24th Infantry Division. He developed acute bacterial endocarditis, brain abscess and intracranial hemorrhage. He was evacuated to the 21st Station Hospital where he died on September 7, 1953. |
