Corporal Rosenson was a member of Company D, 65th Engineer Combat Battalion, 25th Infantry Division. He was in his tent when he was struck by a rock from a nearby demolition blast. He was evacuated to the 43rd Mobile Army Surgical Hospital where he died on July 31, 1953.
