Notes
Corporal Donato had completed training at the Fort Leonard Wood Training Center, Missouri and was enroute to Camp Kilmer, New Jersey for assignment to the 5017th Area Service Unit overseas. On November 9, 1952, he was involved in an automobile accident that took his life.
