In 2026, our nation will mark it’s 250th birthday. As a federal agency partner of America 250, ABMC is honoring this milestone anniversary by incorporating a multi-faceted commemorative public outreach campaign that reflects the nation’s history of service and sacrifice represented at our sites.
Flag Sojourn 250
To celebrate America’s 250th anniversary, ABMC has partnered with America 250, the National Flag Foundation, and the National Sheriff’s Association, and have launched “Flag Sojourn 250”. This flag has traveled more than 40 thousand miles, flying at each of ABMC’s 26 cemeteries.
