Notes
Captain Jeffs was a member of the 614th Tactical Fighter Squadron. On March 12, 1971, he was the pilot of a North American Super Sabre Fighter (F-100D) on a mission on the border of Tuyen Duc and Khanh Hoa Provinces in South Vietnam, where his aircraft crashed. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
