A 30 year old married New Zealand from Dunedin, New Zealand, serving on active duty during World War I as a Private with the New Zealand Wellington Regiment aboard the New Zealand steamship "SS LARAMA". He died of cancer on April 22, 1918 while aboard ship and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
