A 29 year old American man from Plymouth, England serving on active duty as an Engineer First Class, U.S. Navy aboard the destroyer "USS WOOLSEY" (DD-71), which on February 26, 1921 was hit by the merchant vessel "SS STEEL INVENTOR". It was cut in half and sank. He was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
