Corporal Shipley was a member of the Army Security Agency. He served in Korea attached to the 60th Signal Service Company for 10 months and was transferred to the 8609th Administration Unit in the Philippines in July 1951, where he died in an accident at Angeles, Luzon, Philippines on April 5, 1952. |
