Corporal Rasbridge had been assigned to Company B, 1st Battalion, 35th Infantry Regiment, 25th Infantry Division in Korea and was wounded in January 1951 and returned to combat shortly thereafter. Upon completion of his Korean tour, he was assigned to the 37th Infantry Division at Fort Polk, Louisiana. On March 1, 1952, he was killed in an automobile accident near Port Barre, Louisiana. |
