75th Anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge Luminary at Luxembourg American Cemetery honors World War II fallen

Published December 15, 2019

On December 13, 2019, the American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) organized a luminary at the Luxembourg American Cemetery in Hamm.

This event commemorated the service members who lost their lives 75 years ago during the Battle of the Bulge, the last major counteroffensive of the war on the western front.

“I would not want my father to be buried anywhere but here,” said Richard Davis, son of Pfc. Reed A. Davis, who attended the ceremony with his son.
