Walls of the Missing at Brittany American Cemetery Undergoing Renovation

On December 7, 2015 renovation work will begin on six Wall of the Missing panels at Brittany American Cemetery. During this time, the panels will be completely removed. The names that will not be viewable during this time period include Pvt. Elmer S. Ackerman, Technician 5th Grade Pasqual B. Acosta, Sgt. Kazimir Adamowicz, TSgt. John Alexander, 1st Lt. Homer R. Allen, Pfc. Walter L. Blanchard, SSgt. Irwin D. Blankenship, Pvt. Fred A. Blattner, 1st Lt. William D. Bloodgood, Pfc. Wilbert C. Boggs, Pvt. Frank A. Bonczar, Pvt. Isaac W. Boone, Cpl. Joseph Borghardt, Cpl. Harvey E. Freeman, MSgt. Homer L. Freeman, SSgt. Peter G. Galarza, MSgt. Jeffrie T. Gardner, 1st Lt. William Gavin, SSgt. Arden G. Gearhart, Sgt. Thomas Gentile, Pvt. Robert L. Gerald, Sgt. Jule D. Gerrald, 2nd Lt. David J. Gerrits, 1st Lt. Robert S. Gershon, Pfc. Walter B. Gielow, TSgt. Leland D. Glover, and Pfc. Benjamin F. Goad.

Work is expected to be complete by February 2016.
