Private Reagan was a member of the 19th Infantry Regiment, 24th Infantry Division. He was seriously wounded by the enemy in South Korea on March 10, 1951 and returned to duty on May 2, 1951. He was seriously wounded again on May 29, 1951 and died of those wounds later that day.
