Notes
Colonel Morgan entered the U.S. Army at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia. He rise through the ranks to Colonel, Regular Army, Corps of Engineers. He served in Vietnam and the Desert Storm receiving the Purple Heart, the Bronze Star, the Legion of Merit and many other decorations. He retired on September 30, 1991 and settled in Panama. On May 25, 2012 he died at Costa Hermosa, Veraguas, Panama and was buried the Corozal American Cemetery.
