A 43 year old American man who served as in the British Army as an Ensign in the 60th Rifles in 1858. He was appointed 1st Lieutenant and Adjutant of the 2nd New York Volunteer Cavalry in November 1861 during the Civil War. He received a Brevet Major in March 1865 and was mustered out in February 1866. He died in Panama on October 30, 1883 and was buried at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then reinterred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979 with his monument from Mt. Hope.
