Frances C. Bottenfield was born in Wisconsin in 1876. She married Cecil Isaac Bottenfield in Chicago, Illinois on December 18, 1915. They moved to Bella Vista, Panama where he worked as an electrical contractor for the Panama Canal Company. She died at the Gorgas Army Hospital on March 30, 1958 and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery near her husband, Cecil.
