George Edwards Bell was an American born in Panama on November 14, 1921. He enlisted in the U.S. Naval Reserve and served as a Motor Machinist Mate First Class, during World War II. After the war he married and lived at Nuevo Arraijan, Republic of Panama. He died on January 12, 1992 at the Centro Medico Paitilla and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
