Jean-Pierre Cessani was born at Saginaw, Michigan on June 7, 1967. He was initially named Patrick Leonard Wilson, III but officially changed it to be Jean-Pierre Sepher Cessani on August 26, 1996. On October 10, 1986, he enlisted in the Naval Reserve and became a Hospital Corpsman, Third Class. He resided in Bella Vista, Panama. He died on October 1, 2010, was cremated and buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
