Corporal Aston Alfred Clark was born in Brisbane, Australia on May 18, 1914. He was on active duty as a Corporal, Royal Australian Air Force during World War II, serving as a motor transport driver. In July 1945, he was aboard a troopship and developed tuberculosis. He was transferred to the Gorgas Army Hospital, Ancon, Canal Zone for treatment. He died on July 3, 1945 and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
