Corporal Gregori was awarded the Purple Heart, the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Presidential Unit Citation and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal.
Notes
Corporal Gregori was a member of Battery C, 99th Field Artillery Battalion, 1st Cavalry Division. During a withdrawal near Unsan, North Korea on November 1, 1950, his unit was trapped at a road block on the Unsan to Ipsok road. He was listed as Missing in Action on November 2, 1950. He was presumed dead on December 31, 1953. His remains were recovered on July 24, 2000 and identified on July 25, 2006. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
