Notes
First Lieutenant Reitsma was the pilot of a F-86F Sabre Jet with the 335th Fighter-Interceptor Squadron, 4th Fighter-Interceptor Group. On December 22, 1952, while flying a patrol mission along the Yalu River, his aircraft's engine was damaged by a MiG-15. As he headed to Cho-do Island, his engine shut down so he bailed out. He was listed as Missing in Action and was presumed dead in December 23, 1953. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
