Notes
Captain Woodworth was a member of the 563rd Tactical Fighter Squadron. On April 17, 1965, he was the pilot of a Thunderchief Fighter (F-105D) on a mission over Mu Gia Pass, Quang Binh, North Vietnam. As the aircraft dove to deliver its bombs it crashed. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
