Cemetery Alert

In keeping with current precautionary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Manila American Cemetery in the Philippines is closed to the public until further notice

Published March 14, 2020

In keeping with current precautionary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Manila American Cemetery in the Philippines is closed to the public until further notice.

The health and safety of our staff and visitors is of utmost importance. These closures are out of an abundance of caution and align with current prevention measures suggested by U.S. and local authorities.

For the most up to date information, please visit our Operational Status Page.

This closure does not prevent us from continuing our important and sacred mission to honor the service, achievements, and sacrifice of the more than 200,000 U.S. service members buried and memorialized at our sites

No matter the circumstances, we continue to fulfill Gen. John J. Pershing’s promise that “time will not dim the glory of their deeds”.
