Timoteo Ermocilla was born in the Philippines on January 3, 1900. He immigrated to the United States and became a naturalized citizen, He enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served as a Chief Steward during World War II. After he retired from the Navy he remained in Panama. He died on June 20, 1973 and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
