Cambridge American Cemetery to Participate in Open Cambridge Weekend

Cambridge American Cemetery will participate in Open Cambridge in September. As part of a national heritage day, Open Cambridge is designed to offer special access to local venues, and provide an annual opportunity for people to discover the local history and heritage of their community.

As part of this event Cambridge American Cemetery will offer special tours on Friday, September 14 and Saturday, September 15. While the cemetery is always open to the public and admission is always free, staff wanted a way to connect this American World War II story with the local community on this special weekend.  Come to Cambridge American Cemetery and learn about the American sacrifice.

Tours begin at the flagpole. Limited space is available, so to pre-book a tour, please visit the Open Cambridge website.
