Notes
Corporal Dumond was a member of Company I, 3rd Battalion, 19th Infantry Regiment, 24th Infantry Division. He was seriously wounded by the enemy in North Korea on December 1, 1950 and returned to duty on January 7, 1951. He was Killed in Action while fighting the enemy in North Korea on April 25, 1951. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
