Lieutenant Junior Grade Henry, U.S. Naval Reserve, was a member of Fighter Squadron 151, Carrier Air Wing 15 aboard the Aircraft Carrier USS CONSTELLATION (CVA-64). On September 19, 1966, he was a crew member of a McDonnell Douglas Phantom II Fighter (F-4B) over North Vietnam when the aircraft crashed. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
