Notes
Corporal Lucas was a member of the Heavy Mortar Company, 31st Infantry Regiment, 7th Infantry Division. He was listed as Missing in Action while fighting the enemy in North Korea on November 30, 1950. He was presumed dead on December 31, 1953. His remains were recovered on December 1, 2003 and identified on February 9, 2008. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
